The Journey

At the beginning of our collaboration Raw Halo were already stocked in independent London retailers. Keen to expand the brand to a wider audience they asked us to help secure listings with the major retailers.

Strategic Review

Our first step was to conduct a thorough review of the brand and marketplace. Our findings led to the decision to create alternative bar sizes to increase appeal and perceived value to both supermarkets and mainstream consumers. This change proved fundamental to the success of the brand.

Sales Wins

We arranged buyer meetings within the major retailers and soon secured listings with Morrisons, Ocado, Health Food Wholesalers, and a seasonal listing with Sainsbury’s – all within the first year. Our team negotiated beneficial terms with all retail clients and helped devise effective promotional and support plans to ensure strong ROS.

Growing Distribution

In the following 6 months we achieved further great wins when Raw Halo launched in 250 Waitrose stores, over 350 Holland & Barrett stores, WH Smith Travel Stores and Wyevale Garden Centres nationwide. The brand was now listed in over 900 stocking points.

A Blossoming Brand

The retail success achieved during our journey together enabled Raw Halo to secure additional investment and grow from a fledgling start up to a recognisable high street brand. The team continued to expand and subsequently decided to take sales in-house. We wish this fantastic brand every success and are delighted to have been part of their journey to success.
