Emma joined Product Chain back in 2001 as an Account Manager and has been an integral part of the sales team ever since. After progressing to Senior National Account Manager, Emma developed her leadership skills and helped guide the sales team to achieve our clients goals. Emma has been part of the successful journey of many brands including Dentyl pH, Cawston Press, Complan and Wholebake 9bar. Emma was promoted to Sales Director in Jan 2016 and is responsible for all Product Chain sales activity. Emma has a strong and experienced sales team working with her across various channels including the Multiples, Discounters, Convenience, Foodservice, Wholesale, HFT and in combination they are one determined team with excellent strategic and FMCG management skills, who ultimately GET RESULTS.

A talented salesman with 30+ years experience in FMCG, Tony manages the Co-op, Symbol Groups, E.H. Booths, and Health and Fine Food wholesalers. Tony excels at building close working partnerships presenting and negotiating brand and product listings; managing accounts and maximizing P&L in line with client and company expectations. He is highly successful at guiding clients towards the quickest route to market, always with a smile.
Mike Allen – National Account Manager
Mike is a very experienced Multiple National Account Manager, who has successfully launched, developed and grown branded and own label products into most of the major multiples, plus discounters such as Aldi and Lidl. Highly tenacious and creative in building long term trading relationships with buyers and retailers, providing swift and clear communication both internally and externally, enabling swift conclusions to negotiations.
Charles Conder – National Account Manager
Charles joined Product Chain in January 2015, having previously worked in a wide variety of Food and Non Food categories, from director level to running his own business. He has a strong entrepreneurial streak and has succeeded many times in getting new brands and categories into a large number of multiple and independent retailers. An excellent communicator, he also has considerable expertise in negotiating, presentations and problem solving.
